Hutton-Cornish NuptialsStandards of white gladioli, in an arrangement with ferns provided the setting in Orono United Church when Joanne Marie Cornish, daughter of Mrs. Cornish and the late John J. Cornish secame the bride of Kenneth Charles Hutton,, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Hutton, Courtice.Rev. John Kitchen, assisted by Rev* A. K. Edmison, uncle of the bride, officiated at the double-ring ceremony.Given in marriage by her brother Carman, the bride wore a strapless floor-length gown of Frosted white tulle and Chantilly lace over satin, with matching long sleeved lace jacket buttoning to the tucked pointed collar. Her waist-length veil was held to a halfjhat showered with pearls. She carried a lace-covered whiteBible and a cascade of pink rose buds. Matron of honor was Mrs. A. Heard in apple green tulle over taffeta with Mrs. D. Stevens, Joan Bruton and Junior bridesmaid Ruth Blakely, gowned in orchid tulle over taffeta. They wore matching feathered headdresses and carried nosegays of yellow mums. The best man was Alan Heard and the ushers were Tony Zakok and Douglas Lycett. The bride’s mother received in champaigne lace over net and taffeta with brown accessories and corsage of bronze roses, The -groom’s mother assisted in navy lace over crepe, navy accessories and a corsage of pink roses.The bride travelled in a suit of winter white wool with luggage tan fleck and tan accessories.
