Dak., who, on July 12th, 1906, made homestead serial No. 05473, for NEJ section 34, township 139 N., range 105 West, 5th P. meridian, h*s filed notice of intention to make final “five year proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before R. M. Andrews, U. S. commissioner. at Beach, N. Dak,, on the 31st day of Oct., 1911. Claimant names as witnesses: E. D.Heaton, of Beach, N. Dak., F. J. Hill, of Beach. N. Dak., E. B.
