Dr. Stephen Lobdell Dies at LafayetteDr. Stephen Lobdell, who was stricken with appendicitis Sunday, died at 11 o’clock Wednesday night at the Hospital in Lafayette.Mr. A. B. Taylor, father-in-law, and Mrs. L. E. Alexander left at 2 o’clock this morning for Lafayette.Word received at noon today stated that the body would be brought to Pendleton Saturday, and funeral services will be held at the Taylor home Saturday afternoon.! The hour of the funeral is not known; at the time of going to press.Mrs. Elizabeth Lantz left at noon for Lafayette to be with Mrs. Lobdell and accompany her to Pendleton Saturday.
