Re-Elect PresidentFinance Report In■ BOISE (UPI) - Latest campaign financial reports show the Idaho Finance Committee to Re-elect the President has taken in $22,463.64 and spent $14,843.29.Major contributors showing on the Sept. 10 report today included Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Duncan, Bryan, Tex., land developer and banker, $6,000; Joseph Segel, Merlon, Pa., president—of—the—FranklinMint, $2,060.15; Evan P. Helfaer, Milwaukee, Wis., listed as retired, $2,778.49; H. F. Johnson, Racine, Wis., listed as retired, $1,500; Lloyd Haight, Boise, vice president and general counsel for J. Robert E. Smylie reported he spent $49,228.23 on his unsuccessful attempt to win the GOP Nomination for U. S. Senate. His Smylie for Senator Committee listed receipts of $39,514.71. It also showed contributions from the candidate himself of $3,100 on Aug. 1 and $6,000 on Aug. 23.The committee listed debts and obligations owed by it of $35,594.12 including $19,680.62to Givens - Davies Advertising Agency, Inc.Wayne L. Kidwell filed a final report showing he spent $5,100 on his campaign for the Republican congressional nomination in the first district. Under his own name he showed receipts of $4,700 including a $4,000 loan.KldwelPs “Go Idaho Committee” showed receipts of $575 and expenditures of $688.94 while the “Kidwell for Congress Committee” showed receipts of $33,066.34 and expenditures of $33,039.38. In addition, the Kid-well for Congress Committee listed indebtedness of $10,160.38.Receipts to the Kidwell for Congress-Committee listed on its final report for 'the .unsuccessful candidate Included $1,500 from the business industry political action committee on Aug. 1, $500 contributions by D. Duff McKee on July 8 and Aug. 2 and $500 from E. B. Smith cm July 8.
