The machine is fo conflrmSed that it may be made to go by water, which will clean from thirty to forty bulhels per day ; a permit for which may be had at the rate of 40 dollars. A permit fora horfe mill may be had at the rate of 30 dollars, which will clean in the neateft manner from 10 to 18 bufhels per day. Hand mills arc made by the fub fcribar at the rate of 55 dollars which will clean from 4 to 7 bufheis per day, which de* pends greatly upon the drynefs or dampnefs of the air. Permits for hand mills may be had for 16 dollars.
