A permit lor a horfe mill may be had at the rate of 30 dollars, which will clean in the neatcft manner from 10 to 18 bufheis per day. Hand mills arc made by the fub fcriber at the rate of 55 dollars which will clean from 4 to 7 bufheis per day, which de* pends greatly upon the drynefsor dampnefs of the air. Permits for hand mills may be had for 16 dollars.
