WOMAN GAME WARDEN ARRESTED TWO “SOONERS”Lotta Wilson, a lady game warden near Drake, caused the arrest of two “sooners,” Julius Kuntz and Christ Hilman, Russian farmers, and brot them before Justice Sperry who gave them stiff fines. The men first thot the woman was joking with them, but she showed them that r.he had all kinds of spunk and marched them to the office of the Justice. One of the had to mortgage some of his in order to raise the money to pay both fines.menAndv Jones, the Rugby banker, paroled from the federal prison, is back in the state it is said will engage in business in the western part of North Dakota Under the conditions of his parole he dares not leave the slate until the ixp'ration of aU sen lence, which will be ritrly silt; years 1 ence.M. O. Seglen, formerly a merchant here, has engaged in the dry goods business at Circle, Mont. His town is 60 miles from a railroad now, but a road will pass thru in the spring. He has the only store of the kind in the town.
