Mr. and Mrs. Jack T. Greene, and daughter, Miss Beverly Ann Payne, have moved from its Summit Avenue, to their newly completed home at 141 Green mont Avenue, in Halfway. Mr. and Mrs. William, Nolan and Daughter Dallas, have re turned to their home in Cumber land, Md., after visiting Mr. and Mrs. C. W. Stouffer, 144 South Mulberry Street. Mr. and Mrs. Lester Goodwin, of Dearborn, Michigan, are visit ing Mrs. Goodwin's mother, Mrs. Gertrude Klipp, 808 Washington Avenue. Mrs. H. H. McLaughlin of Sy racuse, N. Y., is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Ira Marshall, 218 North Can non Avenue and other friends in this city. Miss Frances R. Davis, 900 Cor bet Street, has returned to her home after spending sometime in Fredericksburg, Va., where she visited Mr. and Mrs. Vivien John son, Fred Kremer, Interval Road, spent a week's vacation in the Sata Mountains in New York are, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel 8. Wach ter and daughter, Sally Ann, of Alanta, Ga., have returned after spending the weekend with Mr. Wachter's mother, Mrs. Maude C. Wachter and family, Brown Avenue. Edgar Forrest, of 309 North Mulberry Street has entered the Eye,Ear, Nose and Throat Hospi tal at 1214 Eutaw Place in Balti more City, for an eye operation. The Misses Mae tole, Pearl Nieman, Carolyn Andrews and Betty Gance, of the Style-Rite Beauty Shop, have returned from a weekend trip to New York City, where they attended the Heir Style Show at the Statler Hotel. They were registered at the Hotel St. George while in New York City. Major and Mrs. Harlan C. Stine and sons, Jeffrey and Gregory, of Fort Knox, Kentucky, recently visited the former's parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. L. Stine, Hager Street, en route to Major Stine’s new assignment at Qlantivo, Virginia. Dr. and Mrs. Frederick Th. Eyster and children have return ed to their home on Broadway’ after vacationing In Maine. Dr. Eyster will occupy the pulpit at Christ's Evangelical and Reform ed Church on Sunday. The Misses Dorcar and Eloise Barkman, Evergreen Terrace, near Chenaville, have returned from a two-weeks vacation tour of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick Province, Canada, and the New England states. Mr. and Mrs. J. Fred Myers and Mr. and Mrs. N. U. Booth have returned to their homes on Roegsner Avenue after vacation ing the past two weeks at Miami Beach, Florida, ‘The Rev. and Mrs. Charles M. LeFew, 538 Washington Square, are attending a pastors’ school at Western Maryland College, Westminster, this week. Mr. and Mi.. Leonard Schlos ser, Boonsboro, and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Flook, Myersville, have’ returned to their homes after a trip to the New England States, Gaspe Peninsula, Nova Scotia and the Cape ‘Breton Islands. Mr. and Mrs. John G. Rupp recht and children, John and Sue, returned Saturday evening to’ their home at Willow Hill from a two weeks’ motor trip to New York state and the Kawartha and Rideau Lakes regions in On tario, Canada.
