Walter Keefer Sell*.Walter Keefer disposed of his or* iginal homestead unit together with the Cline forty adjoining which he purchased a few months ago, to C. T. Johnson from Iowa, the sale price for the eighty being $16,000. Mr* Keefer bought the CUne unit for $7,000 and in addition to realising a substantial profit on this forty disposes of his original unit to a good advantage Mr. Keefer came to the project six years ago with total resources of about six hundred dollars and as the result of the rapid raise in land values now finds his capital increased to $10,000. He has also found farming profitable this year and has sold about $2,400 worth of crop from the forty acres in hay and potatoes, Mr. Johnson, the new owner will be out in the spring to take charge of the farm.—Powell Tribune,
