Affidavits galore have been filed with Deputy Prosecutor Miller as a result of a birthday anniversary at the home of Bert Wright Sun day. The neighbors claimed that Wright had beer at his home and that several children drank of it until they became intoxicated. Frank Shannon filed an affidavit against Wright for disturbing the peace. Wright then turned around and filed an affidavit against Shan non for drawing a corn knife on Rosa Columbo. In the meantime Columbo and Ovie Holt had a fist fight.
