Friday, October 11, 1935p/vuirPrice 5 CentsT onightI COMPROMISE IN LICENSE CASEA compromise was effected between the Town of Hobbs and Erma Shuler, who had been arrested several times on the complaint of the City Attorney for operating the Worth Bar without a license. In District Court Wednesday the injunction suit brought by Mrs. Shuler to enjoin the town officials from continuing to arrest her was dismissed under an agreement whereby she was to apply for a new license for the operation of her bar. It was understood that the city attorney* would also recommend that the criminal proceedings against her be dismissed.THE EDITORLOOKS ON
