At the meeting of the Chamber of Committee this afternoon the com mittee on national affairs reported to favor of transforming the Qui nault Indian reservation into a na tional park. The committee re ports, however, that the park, ex tending from the southwest quarter of the Quinanu Indian reservation to a point about a mile beyond Cape Elizabeth, and extending eastward from one to five miles, should be protected for the Indians, and that their hunting and fishing rights be protected. The delegates, 19 In number, to attend the Trane Mississippi con gress to be held in Kansas City on Nov. 10-23, are to be appointed this afternoon.
