W. C. Bowden has a curiosity in the shape of a radish which grew on his place. It has five prongs very closely resembling in shape the thumb and four tinkers of a human hand.Mrs. Oval Jackson of Little Rock, formerly Miss Mary Shirey of ttys place, came down Sunday to spend a week here with her mother. Mrs. I.. K. Shirey. ami other relatives and friends.W. C. Bowden, proprietor of Bowden’s Market, has recently added some new show cases and fixtures and made other changes which greatly improve the appearance and convenience of his market.
