The residence is large and modern and will cost about $10,000 when completed.Bayord’s New Home.Just across the street from nieso four new residences is to bb found the beautiful city home of Mr. and Mrs. Forest Bayerd, a modern two-story house, containing nine large rooms. The building is a frame structure with every modern convenience and is a valuable addition to that new part of the city which is rapidly growing to be one of the best, residence sections of the town.Bulger Home.The Bulger residence on Orr street, completed a few months ago, is one of the finest in the city. It is stucco and contains nine commodious rooms. A large and spacious veranda runs across the front of the dwelling. The cost of the residence was in the neighborhood of $10,000.Waldorf Besidence,A. F. Waldorf is completing the erection of a handsome city home 011 Washington and Orr streets, one of the finest locations to be had in Dillon. The pretentious dwelling has been carefully planned and one of the newest in point of modern architecture. When completed it will cost in the neighborhood of $12,000.Hipley Builds Homo.Early in the fall Elmer Ripley completed the construction of a handsome bungalow home on North Pacific street at a cost of $0,000. The structure is a one-story affair containing seven rooms. It was constructed of frame.Bounds New Bungalow.Late in the summer Julius Round* moved into his new six-room bungalow on Morse street. The bungalow is entirely frame and cost approximately $5,000. It is a modern structure and one of the prettiest of the new bungalows.Bcott Builds Cottage.The John Ewing family occupy a pretty cottage erected on East Reeder street several months ago by John Scott. The dwelling contains six rooms and cost about $5,000.New Judge Besidence.Another beautiful new city home was added to South Washington street this summer when Mrs. Mary Judge, of Sheridan, erected a $10,-000 residence in that, part of the city. The new home is of frame and brown stained shingles and the interior decorating is especially attractive. It is now occupied by Mrs. Judge and her children, who attend school at this place.Fred Woodsido Builds.This month Fred Woodside will complete the building of a beautiful bungalow borne on South Rife street. The frame and stone structure contains six rooms and is most modern and very attractive. It cost in the neighborhood of $6,000.Two New Bungalows on Thompson Avenue.Win. Massey and H. H. Soper each constructed new cottages this summer on Thompson avenue.
