Mrs. Mildred W. Norvell We are sorry to report that RK. ® Mann, principal of the school, has been seriously ill for the past week, but at this date is improv ing nicely. Mr. and Mrs. dD. R. Freeman went last Sunday at Marysville, with her uncle, who is seriously am. Mr. and Mes. Lonnie Young and children left Wednesday for ‘Palia, sihere they will spend the Thanks gave holidays with his sister, Mrs Artie King and family and her fa ther, Floyd Cook and family. Mr. and Mrs. D. ©. Norvell vis ited Friday at Bowie with her mother, Mrs. Lina Jackson. Mrs. H. A. Sloan and children, Troy and Reba May, are spending Thanksgiving at Trulia, with her brother and his family. Mr. and Mrs. R. O. Winger and children, Billie and Jimmie of Zevon, Kansas arrived in Bowie Whesday night. Wednesday they were joined by Mrs. J. E. Carter and Mrs. W. W. Philley and the party spent Thanksgiving with Quinton Cartre in Abilede. Mrs. Winter, Mrs. Philley and Quinton Carter are Mrs. J. ©. Carter's chil dren.
