COURT OPENS NEXT MONDAY— CRIMINAL CASES ARE ALREADY SET The November term of the Greene Circuit Court opens next Monday for a ten weeks’ term. The criminal docket has been set, but has not been published for the term. The trial of criminal cases will begin one week from next Monday. The judge will take up civil matters and set the civil cases next week for later in the term. The probate department, consisting of guardianships, administrations and wills, will occupy the attention of par ties and lawyers the first week of the term. New Civil and Probate Cases. The Citizens State Bank has filed suit on a note against Alice Fuller Hardesty and William Wright and asks judgement. Ben F. Holtsclaw, of Center town ship, has been appointed adminis trator of the estate of Eliza Ray, de ceased. Luther Luthard has been appointed administrator of the estate of Anna Suthard, of Linton. Elizabeth Davis has been appointed administratrix of the estate of Alex ander H. Davis, of Linton. William Brandon, of Robison, has been appointed administrator of the estate of Riley Mansfield, deceased. Millard Ingalls, of Linton, has been appointed guardian of Nora Lawhead and Nora Lawhead, minors, minors. James G. Abram was appointed guardian of Lydia A. Abram, a min or.
