U.S. 63 bypass in Ottumwa set to open for trafficOTTUMWA — Traffic willbe set to roll down the U.S. 63 Ottumwa bypass beginning Monday, the Iowa Department of Transportation’s Chariton construction office reported Friday.There might be some temporary lane closures while construction crews are still finishing the project on the east side of the community.
