-GRAND JURY IS THROUGH.Circuit Court Huh Adjourned to Meet Again Next Monday. Indictments Returned.The grand jury completed its labors at noon to-day after a brief but busy session of two and one half days duration.Indictments were returned against the following parties now in custody in the county jail.Robert Beit, assault with intent to commit murder, Ray Seaman Nora, burglary and larceny; Walter Collier, Nora, burglary and larceny; Garfield Winters, petit arceny.Mr. Beil when brought into court, plead not guilty as charged in the indictment and the court appointed attorney J. M. Nack to defend him. Winters, a youth, who abstracted a piece of jewelry from Airs. Abe Bell’s residence while a visitor there, was fined ten dollais and sentenced to one day in the county jail.Circuit court has been adjourned by Judge Heard to convene again next Monday.
