run.A Desparate Negro Killed in Searcy County.Wilt is Sit ton, a desperate character of St. Joe, Searcy county, who killed a man named Elliot, on Buffalo, last fall, was shot and killedby a hov named John Allen, near* mWestern drove, Boone county, last week. It seems that Sitton and two bo vs went to the home of a widow, Mrs. Beeves, about midnight and began abusing the boy shamefully, lie quietly secured a pistol and opened tire on Sitton, who was about to strike him over tlie head with a large whisky bottle.
