SWEDES CONQUER THREEREPUBLIC TENNIS TEAMS 1 -Playing their most steady gamesof the season, Scandia’s tennis players won both the girls* singles and doubles, and Bill Reece proved to bethe better in his match at the tennis meet on the local court, between Seam dia and Republic, Wednesday afternoon, April 28. Leo Thomas and. Jack Reece, playing the doubles failed to down their opponents, McEwenand Conzelman. Lucille McDowellwas matched against Corabelle Stew-** •art in the singles and Lenora Isaacson and Vera Flesher outbattled Edna Noble and Maxine Milner in the doubles. The visiting Wildcat out-scored by Bill Reece in the boys* singles was Pete Simmons.
