SEVENTY-ONE CHICKS BURNET).A chicken brooder, which had been placed in a commercial hog house, caught fire Sunday while the H. J. Ballard family were away from home, destroying the house and seventy-one chicks. It is thought that the lamp of the brooder exploded. Some people passing the house saw the fire and saved the adjoining buildings.
