Holds Trial Derby RaceIt has been Pack 419 tradition to have a trial run to enable the boys to re-weight and fix their cars for the final Pinewood Derby race being held June 6 at the Middle School gym at 12:30 p.m. Among them is Larry Wiedmeyer who was beaten out twice by his fellow Webelo leader Bryce B abcock and once by the boys 1 Hang in there, Larry!The festival badge, a special Bicentennial award for participating in the window display during Boy Scout Week (in which our packreceived ablue ribbon for proficiency) has been given to: Mark Frohnapfel, Don Sutherland, Troy Sheats, Chris Hansen, Roger Coffey, Randy Pfiugh, Scott Albertson, Jeff Henry, Mike Sayer, Matt Babcock, Phil Benson, Mike Flory, David Swan, Jim Cain, Richard Telgen, Danny Morabito, Kevin Cornell, Roy Bartus, Jim Jasper, Tony Keck,. Brian Ormsby, Mike Stark, Tim Jones, and Kenny Walters.Receiving other awards along with the festival badge were: Bob O’Farrell, Jim Cain, Joey Wiedmeyer, Tom Tomlinson, and Tom Nowatzke a silver arrow; David Galimberti and Scott Quackenbush 2 silver arrows; Louie Johnson and Mark Tinsey a gold arrow; Karl Feldkamp a wolf badge; Deano Krol a bear badge,a gold and 4 silver arrows; and Tom Manzagol a bear badge.♦Webelos receiving awards were: Mike Fedor - naturalist, scientist, engineer, artist and craftsman; Brendan Smith - engineer and craftsman; Darren Smead and Todd Farmer - craftsman; Tom Redies - artist and craftsman; Doug Nickel - craftsman, artist, engineer and outdoorsman.Brian Zimmerman and Kevin Kimberly - scholar badge; John Anderson, Milan Radovich and Mike Cain - scholar and engineer; and Mike Klein - scientist, outdoorsman, sportsman, scholar and engineer.
