Her B«vcc has been opened. and some hi tgr.iticcnl bequest* are found to have been made to the public und charitable institutions in this city. It in stated that the sum of Ten Thousand Iol-lam has been given t« the Orphan House, Ten Thousand for establishing a shoot for the poor At firnnitevillo.and Thirty Thousand Dollars to the Charleston College. The bequest to the Charleston College Is for the education of poor young men, to 1*• nppoin-tod by his ton, Rev. J. P. Boyce, and, at his death, by the trustee* of the Charleston College. It is provided, we understand, that in caao tho school In (imnitevilh* should ever be discontinued, tho bequet to that in atitution la to issue to tho benefit «f the Charleston Orphan Iloute. The will of Mr. Boyce has been in the keeping of Mr. Fanning, and by him was dcpoeited yesterday with the Ordinary of this City. The persons op|»ointed to execute the w ill are. Judge O’Ncall, the Rev. J. P. Boyce, A. (J. Roseand Ool. W hitcsidca of ClinUnooga, and it it estimated that the property left by the deceased will be a little less than n million and a half.
