BEAUTIFUL LIFE OF SARAH H. COOPER ENDSMrs. Sarah M. Cooper, mother of Mrs. J. L. Champlin of this city, died at the home of her daughter at an early hour Tuesday morning, March 13, after a short illness. Mrs. Cooper had been in delicate health since last, fall and an attack of bronchial pneumonia was more than the frailties incident to old age could withstand. On November 22nd of last year she passed her 82nd birthday.In her passing away the community lost one of those beautiful, God fearing characters which had been an inspiration and a help to all with whom j she came in contact. Mrs. Cooper had been a life-long member of the Methodist church and an active j worker in church affairs. Always be- j lieving that it was more blessed to give than to receive, she was generous almost to a fault and ever considerate of someone other than herself.Possessed of a strong constitution she had been active in local church and social work during the last years of her life, giving freely of her time and effort wherever opportunity was offered.Besides the immediate relatives she leaves a host of friends to mourn her ; loss, for Mrs. Cooper was one of those good, wholesome, Christian women ; whom to know was to respect and to ; love.
