“Irish Tommy” Condon Is Found Guilty‘Irish Tommy Condon. who-e trial occurred at Dupree last week, for the murder of Joe - Narcelle, was found guilty of manslaughter in the second degree and sentenced to four ears at hard labor in the penitentiary at Soo Falls by Judge Carpenter The body of Joe Narcelle was found near Dupree SeptemU*r 17, last year, after an Indian Fair which had been held there. ''Irish Tommy and Narcelle ha*I 1 gotten into a dispute over ahorse trade during the fair. When the 1 body of Narcelle was found Con-■ don was arrested and at the time made a confession, which he later repudiated.He was first tried at Aberdeen by the Federal court but on ac 1 count of a question of jurisdiction was returned to the civil author-• ities of Ziebach county.
