Mrs. Bitomski and their little daughter, Jillane, who have been visiting for three weeks with her parents there, will return with him. Miss Betty Jane McPherson of Bangor is on 2 two weeks' vaca tion here visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold MacPherson of Government street. Kearsarge Temple, Pythian Sis ters, will meet tomorrow evening at Pythian hall. Mrs. Elizabeth Clifford of Ban gor is visiting her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Glenn Clifford of Government street. Douglas Armsden, coxswain in the U. S. Coast Guard, now sta tioned as instructor of recruits at the Maritime training station at Hoffman Island, N. Y., spent the last weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cyril Armsden of Whipple road. The annual vacation school of the Second Methodist’ church will open Tuesday at 8:45 am, and con tinue four days #@ week for three weeks. Fifteen officers of Seema chapter, CES, participated in the annual outing Tuesday evening, which consisted of dinner at Walsh's at Rye Beach followed by a visit to Hampton Beach. The first quarterly conference will be held at the Second Meth odist church this evening. The new district superintendent, Rev. Elwyn Wilson of Portland, will be present to take charge of the meeting.
