Lumsden, camp educational adviser, both returned to camp with a^greater appreciation for their work r and a desire to efficiently serve the -educational interests of the enrollees* Of Company 1501. !Forest Service Holds Fire Schoolat Birch Creek.A safety meeting was held at A Camp Birch Creek, on June 6th, by the IT. S. Forest Service. The meet-- tog which lasted throughout the day,• yvas held for the following purposes:1. To develop an up-to-date and common understanding of the fire \ problem. 2. To analyze and measure j *- our fire control resources. 3. To es-* .tblish means for meeting shortages. 4. To formulate a plan for prepared-; ness and suppression activities in 1 keeping with present control objectives. 5. To develop a definite plan (o ,Ttor training our personnel in the technique of fire control.
