Mayor H. B. Shue. O. H. Omand-sen, James A. Pu#h and other busi ness men have formed a corporation, and will open the bank of Hayward at Hayward about the first of July. The Sawyer county bank has for many years done practically all of the business of Sawyer county, and the new institution will endeavor to divide the business. The Sawyer county bank is owned by the Wever-hauser and Hines interests.
