Timothy. do firmly deny the charge brought against me, for which I was examined be fore Commissioner Lamp and bound over to appear before the grand jury, and that there was not the slightest evidence given to justify the commissioner to bind me over. John G. Timothy. To any Public Canal or Private Ditch Company in Road District No. 3 in Uintah County Utah, you and each of you take notice that for any leaks,breaks or overflows in or from your Canals or water ditches in the future will be a cause for Complaint and will be prosecuted to the full ex tent of the Law. And you are hereby notified that if you fail to so appear and answer as nhore required, the plaintif will, take judg ment against you for 50 cts and cost of salt.
