An old time river baptismal ser vice was held at 4 o'clock Sunday afternoon. July 25, at City Park in the Bosque River by the Indepen dent Baptist Churches of Clifton and Meridian. The religious rites of baptism were administered by the Rev. Tom Jenkins, pastor of the Clifton Church and the Rev E. C. Boyd, Meridian Church pas tor. Five members of the two churc hs were baptized There was a nice crowd present for the occasion
