Executor’s Sale of real Estate,BY order of the court of Common Pleas oj Miami County, Indiana, at its July session 1853, I will offer for sale at public auct ion on the 3lt;1 day of September next, the following described real estate, siluate in Perry Township in said county; to-wit: Lot No. 3 of section No.26, in township No. 29, North of range No. 4 Bast, containing 56 acres and 56 hundredths of acres more or less.The following will he tho terms of said sale: One fourth in hand and the reeidue in equal payments, at six, twelve, and eighteen months.— The purchaser executing his note with approved security, bearing interest from date; waivering the appraisement laws.
