The Suit Against Her. Samuel J.Browne.In order to enable her to bring suit against the Rev. Samuel J. Browne for the shooting ofher son, Mrs. Sohlok. wu appointed, lost Saturday, administratrix of the deceased.* A petition for this purpose was afterward lied, in •the Clerk's offlee by Long A Kramer and Campbell A Buchwaiter, her httorneye.The petition sets out the appointment of lln. Schick as administratrix, and alleges that the deceased while in life, to wit; on and before July 1, lffli, was of gnat pecuniary assistance to her and his next of kin; that the deceased was, on the said Tth of July, 191B, by 'the wrongfnl act and default on the part of Samuel J. Browne, killed, by shooting, at the bands of said Samuel J. Browne, unlawfully and wrongfully done; that besides herself, the deceased died leaving Elisabeth Sehoneberger, formerly Elisabeth Schick; Kate Bittner, formerly Kate Schick; Christina Kautz, formerly Christina Schick; Leu a Wumler, fo rraerly Len a Schick; Joseph Schick and Eva Schick, all of the whole Hood, and Michael Werner, of the half blood, hts iis ten and brothers and next of kin; that the said sisters and brothers were his heirs-at-law; aad that the said heirs-at-law have suffered damages by reason of said wrongful act and default of said Samuel J. Browne, by said killing, in the snm of $10,000; wherefore she asks judgment for that amount
