Dilto has wholly failed since April, 1WCI, to break, plow or cultivate in any manner, or to plant to seed*, nuts or cutting* auy part of said tract. The land lays below and convenient to an irrigating canal, from which water may be had to irrigate the lantl, but water has not b**« n proti»tod ami the laud has not been irrigated. Jt lies in an arid country and trees and crops cannot bo rai*ed without artificial irrigation. No part of the tract is fenced, but the mice formerly built baa been removed and the laud w holly abandoned by the entryman.
