FLYING SAUCISTHen working on the wharf at Lucinda Point, one day last week, auddeniy noticed a brlfbt object flash in the sky and watch- lng it for a few seconds, aaw it | make a swift half circle and â– hoot off in a westerly direction at a tremendous speed. The object appeared to be about the sire of a tobacco tin. they said, and was up at a (reel height. It traveUad faster than any plane could fly. and was neither a plane nor a bird. In the brifht wintry sunlight it waa easily discernible, and although on view for a very brief time quite a timber of the men were dble to see It In view of the flying objects reported m other parte of the world, those who did aae the Lucinda phenomenon are ashing ! whether it really was a flying i saucer
