Hawkins and Mr. Armstead Dodson, manager of the farming interests of the company, were received. The reports show the company to be in a healthy condition and prospering. Out of five thousand shares there were thirty-eight hundred represented, which is a good showing. It wad a very harmonious meeting. Full reports of the doings of the officers and directors were read and unanimously approved and ordered spread upon the minutes.On motion, the old board of directors and officers were elected to serve another year.
