Music.At the conclusion of the ceremonies at the Capitol, a national salute will be fired from a battery at the Capitol, under command of Captain Buckingham : and at lha Navy Yard, Arsenal, and National Monument.In the evening there will be a display of fire-work, under the direction of Mr. Thomas B. Brown, Pyrotechnist, on the Mall, immediately south of the President’. House, where no carriages will be admiited west of Fifteenth street or east of Seventeenth.
