Members of the Lubbock Gem and Mineral Society will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Precinct 1 Clubhouse, 5012 W. 50th St., an nounced Bula Beard, secretary. A report will be given on the recent annual show of American Federation of Mineral Societies in Oklahoma City. John Stockley, 2218 40th St., will display samples of agate, jasper and petrified wood which he col lected near the Mexican border. Club officials also announced that Mr. and Mrs. L. F. Davis, 2617 46th St., have a display of lapidary work at Municipal Gar den Arts Center, 4215 College Ave. The work will remain on a public display at the center un til Aug. 1. Interested Lubbock and area residents are invited to attend the Tuesday meeting.
