Michael Demuth of St. Anthony was run over by an automobile while visiting one of his sons at Louisville Sunday afternoon and sustained injuries from which he died shortly after. The remains were taken to St. Anthony Tuesday and laid to rest Wednesday morning with military honors, Mr. Demuth had attained the age of 77 years. He was a veteran of the civil war and served in the same company with the late J. H. Beckmann. His death is mourned by four sons: Robert, Ed, Joe and Theo dore, one daughter, Miss Minnie, and one brother and one sister, Ferdinand and Mrs. Simon Daun hauer of this place. Rest in peace.
