Mrs. Floyd Jarman and little daughter came down from Waterloo this morning and are visiting at the home of Mrs. Effie Jarman.Miss Ruth Boienbaugh, nurse at St. Luke's hospital in Cedar Rapids, was [ here today with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Q. Boienbaugh.Intending to spend several days on the farm with her son, Morris Eek-hart and family, Mrs. Maggie Eckhart went to La Porte City this morning.Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Boettcher of Traer came down last evening and spent the night at the C. J. Belknap home. Mrs. Boettcher went on to Cedar Rapids this morning for the day.For a number of weeks Mrs. Effie Jarman has been in ill health. She expects to go to Iowa City in the near future for examination and treatment at the state hospital.
