Division I WinnersIn Speech Contest Held On SaturdayAbout 115 students from seven schools in lour counties participated in the Preliminary Speech Contest Saturday, sponsored by the Iowa High School Speech Association.Charles City High won the most Division I ratings with 11; Riceviile, 10; Immaculate Conception High of Charles City, 8; Osage, 8; Waverly, 7; Greene, 4; and Shell Rock 1.
