Brick work is expected to begin Tuesday, John T. Glover, contractor, said yesterday.Tire Mitchell building on North Russell, across the street from the new city hall, has been completed with the exception of work, on the interior. All the wiring and plumbing- has been finished.Fixtures for the La N-ora luncheonette have been installed, A fine appearance is made by the color scheme of this store, with its rose-colored fixtures, golden brown walls, and its tile frcnt.Tire two shops on either side of (the LaNora theater will soon be ready for occupancy.Vnnilio UaU
