Art Exhibition Due in Cabell• • •HUNTINGTON—An exhibition of paintings by Budd Hopkins will open with a lecture at 3 p.m., Jan. 28, at the Huntington Galleries.The exhibition, which is accompanied by a definitive catalog written by April Kingsley, will continue through Feb. 251Hopkins, a native of Wheeling, is being honored by the galleries with the support of the West Virginia Arts and Humanities Council. Gallery hours are from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m., to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
