Laud Winner*.AdaB. Cumberland (Mrs. Hatch) proved up on her homestead yesterday in township 141-79, and her husband, Lawrence Hatch, proved up on one in the same township. Both proved five years’residence. Mrs. natch was married in 1885 and therefore had made her original entry before that happy event. The law, however, permits her to go ou and prove up under such circumstances if she chooses to live on her hind apart from her husband. This sheHenry Hensel, one of* the solid farmers of rappen, has made satisfactory proof 011 his homestead—live years’ residence.
