Narrow Escape. ;iF. E. Frazier was driving north last evening on Main street. A man by the | name of Baker ancl his son, who v. er-1 'in search of employment, were in the . auto with him. tie drove onto the rail•road track in front of eastbound Lake j Erie passenger No. 2 due here at 4:38. ; The auto was struck by the engine and , carried a few feet on the pilot. Fortu- * nately the machine became disengaged i4from the pilot and was thrown onto the J station platform against the station. j The only damage to the machine was ! a broken wheel. The occupants are j thanking their stars that the passenger , train was not a Big Four flyer.r
