Lloyd Crooks Gets Jail SentenceLloyd George Crooks, 24, of Dougherty was arrested February 16th in Charles Citv by the Sheriff's office in Allison on an alleged charge of defrauding an inn keeper. C\ ooks appeared in Dean Wiesmann’s Court in Allison where he pleaded guilty to the charge.Crooks was sentenced to thirty days in the county jail. He was accused of staying at a motel in Dumont for one month and failed to pay the owner.
