At the regular February meeting of the Rittman Village Board of Ed ucation a motion was made and passed, “to permit the superintend ent to give the use of the Tubbo School Gymnasium one night each week to the ladies, and one night each week to the gentlemen of Ritt man, for basketball, or such whole some entertainment as the Board may not forbid. As this privilege is for all Rittman people, the superintend ent shall see the gymnasium is not monopolized by a certain few, in order to select a first team to play other teams. Furthermore, no pub lic games shall be played or admis sion fees charged by any of the above.
