TI-i.d.snrtete:oOBITUARY.Samuel Inman, one of the oldest residents of LeGrand, passed away Jan. 28,1930, at 4:45 p. m. with ailments of old age, at the home of his son, J. L. Inman, at Mentor, Minn.. He would have been. 89 years old had he lived until August 31. He passed away very easy, not a straggle or a word and was ready and waiting to go to the better land over there.He was bora in Darke county,Ohio, August 31,1841. He cameto LeGrand with his parents inthe fall of 1852 and resided heremost of his life. His last wife passed away Jan. 26, 1926.He leaves three children, J. L. Inman, of Mentor, Minn.; A. H. Inman, of Sioux Palls, S. Dak.; and Allie J. Bevis, of Portland, Ore.; seventeen grandchildren and two brothers, Eli Inman, State Center, la.; and Aaron Inman, of Toledo, la., to mourn his loss.The funeral was held at the Congregational church at Mentor, Minn., with burial in the cemetery there.
