Object Is to Better Condition of Street Boys. At a meeting of the Washington Ju venile Club held in the clubrooms at 7th and L streets northwest Tuesday night the following officers were elected: President, Charles G. Williams; vice president, A. R. Meissner; secretary, treasurer, Jerome Harig; board of di rectors, Dr. Charles Walters, Judson H. Sencindiver, J. L. Dudley, H. D. Thayer and Dr. Andrew J. Brown. The primary object of the Juvenile Club is the betterment of the condition of the street boy. Reading rooms, a gymnasium and light indoor games are provided by the club, and hundreds of small boys of the poorer class in Washington profit by its labors.
