The case of Agnes Carter vs, W, G. Gohring, R, A, Feist, M. D. Sawyer, K. C, Curtis J. W. Meyer and Eva Simplot, all of Iowa Falls, consumed the attention of the court practically all the day Wednesday, and the jury brought in a verdict Thursday morning ing for the defendants. This was a case wherein Mrs, Carter brought action against the trustees of the Odd Fellows, lodge of Iowa Falls for the recovery of $800, a sum she claimed they had misapplied for her through a guardian (Mrs, Simplot) .they had appointed over her after the death of her husband.
