Flora, ex-tustee of Mon roe township who deserted his wife and family over a year ago and left for parts unknown, taking with him the wife of his neighbor, William Clingenpeel, has at last been located. He is near Pierre, South Dakota, and *‘Beckey” to with him. Not in that all. He and “Hecky” are going to get married—maybe, in the circuit court at Pierre, 8. D., Mrs. Rebecca Clingenpeel has brought suit for divorce from Wm. Clingenpeel. She states that they were married May 22, 1842 in Carroll county, and she bases her complaint on charges of vile language and abusive treatment. She says his abuse began in 1887, and in 1892 he threatened her bodily harm and also said he would commit suicide. She Says they have had five children and she want the custody of the two minor children. Mr. Clingenpeel has employed C. R. Pollard represent him and while he wants her to leave the divorce, stilli he will fight for the children who are now Il and 13 years old and keep house for him at his home near Darwin. On Wednesday morning Mrs. Harri et A. Flora filed a complaint in the Carroll circuit court for a divorce from Joan M. Flora. The complaint says they were married in Floyd coun ty, Iowa, on Sept. 6, 1875, that the de fendant deserted her on Sept. 28, 1903, and has since been living in adultery in Canada and the Dakotas; plaintiff asks for the custody of two winer children. She also states that she has paid the $2,509 of indebtedness of Mr. Flora.
